  • Responsibilities
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with aviation security training requirements for IOSA accreditation and states where HKA operates.
  • Assist in the development, review, and dissemination of the HKA security training program and security policy.
  • Conduct security training for staff and service providers, monitoring compliance to meet HKA security standards.
  • Review and update assessment documents and curriculum for learning material development.
  • Plan lessons tailored to individual learning needs and ensure training programs progress effectively.
  • Act as a liaison with related departments in the absence of the Manager
  • Assist in the development of HKA's online security training mechanism.
  • Conduct scheduled security inspections, exercises, and other security operational tasks.
  • Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in the airline industry.
  • Preferred experience in aviation security roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Completion of an aviation security training instructor course (ICAO/IATA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
